eHow is an online site full of articles that answer the question “How do you…?” All of eHow’s articles start with the words, “How to…” and follow with the writer’s description of how to do anything from “make a grilled cheese sandwich” to “clean a carburetor.” eHow is the place for freelance writers to earn a little extra money by writing anything they want to write. Registration is free, and you can begin writing the second after you’ve registered. Payment is made monthly. Don’t expect huge paychecks in the beginning, though. Earnings are based on a number of things, including page views, ratings, comments, and a few other things. Don’t be discouraged by your early earnings. The television show “Nanny 911″ is now casting for their show. Families who are chosen will be paid $10,000 for their time and appearance on the show. They are currently looking for parents in NY, NJ, and CT. Following is a letter from a casting associate for the show:

My name is Lauren Kurnit and I’m a casting associate for the unscripted series “Nanny 911.” We are currently looking to cast families in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT), and I was hoping to find some families that need some help from our nanny specialists.

We are essentially looking for families who really want or need the opportunity to spend three or four days working on bettering their lives with our nanny specialist. Perhaps mom and dad don’t know how to deal with the public tantrums or wish that they could get through a meal without a meltdown; our nanny specialist will work with them to implement structure and create harmony in the home. As we all know, child rearing doesn’t come with a manual and sometimes a little bit of outside help is all a family needs.
